Right of withdrawal

For listings published from 19 June 2026, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies (EU Directive 2023/2673). Publishing a listing is a service performed immediately, so the terms below apply.

How to withdraw

1. Sign in to your cabinet.
2. Find the listing and click “Withdraw”.
3. Confirm the withdrawal. The listing is removed immediately.

You may also notify us by email at info@vertaislaina24.fi — the listing number is enough.

How much we refund

• Formula: refund = amount paid × unused days ÷ 30.
• Example: paid €3, listing active for 6 days → 24 days unused → we refund ~€2.40.
• Premium is part of the same listing and is refunded proportionally.
• No refund is due for days already used — the service was actually provided during that time.

The refund returns to the same card within 5–10 banking days.

Statistics access

Statistics access (€2) is a separate digital service performed immediately. Access and the PDF report open right after payment, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to it. For Premium listings, statistics are free.

Listings published before 19 June 2026

The practice in force at the time of publication applies to them — the new withdrawal button does not cover them.
