- Registered users: email, chosen display name, IP address, user settings.
- Listing publishers: the above + listing content (amount, term, region, description, contact info the user provides).
- Payers: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd handles payment data directly — we only see payment status and anonymous transaction ID.
- Support contacts: email and message content.
- Service logs: IP, browser, visited pages (retention 90 days).

4. Retention periods
- Active accounts: for the duration of activity.
- Active listings: 30 days, then archived in user's cabinet.
- Deleted accounts: 30 days after request (technical buffer).
- Payment records: 7 years (accounting law).
- Service logs: 90 days.
- Support emails: 24 months.
5. Third-party processors
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — PCI-DSS Level 1.
- Hostinger International Ltd (Lithuania) — hosting.
- Brevo SAS (France) — transactional emails.
All processors are located in the EU/EEA.

We use essential cookies (session, login) and analytics cookies with your consent. Manage consent via the banner at the bottom of the site.
